The Symphonic Circle™ is a direct response to a perceived lack of creativity in the seemingly elusive quest for solutions to social challenges that appear, at least on the surface, to be impermeable.
Unfortunately, too many social actors work in isolation, blinded by parochial solutions to problems that are often interconnected. That is why we bring a holistic approach to social change, looking in diverse places for unique solutions to problems that appear on the surface to be impossible to solve.
The key to our success is, and will be, the strength of our relationships with you—the individuals, organizations, and institutions who are working to promote social dialogue and social change. We rely on effective sensing mechanisms to help us identify and evaluate successful ideas and practices. We also turn to technology to help us design and use easily accessible systems that enable us to share with others.
At the end of the day, we recognize that ideas do not exist within a vacuum. What may work in a large metropolitan law firm in New York is not necessarily guaranteed to work in a rural school district outside Macon, GA. However, it is only when we unpack the various component pieces that comprise a great idea do we find points of commonality.
