The mission of the Symphonic Circle™ is to equip people to lead and to transform the organizations, institutions, and communities to which they belong. The Circle™ is an initiative of Symphonic Strategies, Inc. and is an extension of our mission to help leaders lead℠.
RATIONALE
We believe that, over time, an intense focus on a single issue, or a single cause, may sometimes lead to ideas that are stale and policy prescriptions that are no longer as innovative and revolutionary as one might hope. The Circle™ is an initiative to stimulate both the quantity and quality of innovative and interdisciplinary ideas in the civic marketplace.
Whether independently or working in collaboration, the Circle™ aims to infuse the broader civic dialogue on poverty alleviation, political and economic development, sustainable growth, education reform, neighborhood renewal (and a host of other issues) with new voices, new ideas, and new tactics. We will do this by disseminating ideas and best practices in a variety of media formats (articles, essays, videos, opinion blogs, and books) and through a variety of media channels (print, web, and television).
